There is a multitude of activities close to the house: swimming pool, hiking, cycling, pétanque, river swimming, cultural visits and activities, farm visits, a magnificent sunset in a wild, unspoiled nature reserve just 5 minutes from the house.

Markets
There is a market every Tuesday in Lamastre.
On Saturdays, there is a local farmers' market with delicious organic and regional products.
Hikes​​
Nozières is the starting point for wonderful hikes in a wild and preserved natural setting.
Horseback riding​
A riding centre in Désaignes (less than 6 km from the house) offers lessons or pony/horseback rides.

River
At 6 km, the Doux River is a refreshing delight for swimming in the summer. There are also three natural swimming spots in different villages: Labatie-d’Andaure, Désaignes, and Lamastre.

Cycling, Mountain bikes, e-bikes
Bike rentals are available in Lamastre for exploring the Dolce Via, a family-friendly greenway. You can also rent bikes in the highlands for a change of scenery and to discover another side of the Ardèche.

Cultural life throughout the seasons
Cultural life in the region is vibrant. In summer, you can enjoy numerous village festivals, classical music concerts and world music events. In autumn, the chestnut festival and folk dancing are highlights. Lamastre cinema also offers an excellent selection of current films.
